Song of Nunu: Ornn's Forge and Volibear's Den

Studies and concepts for the Ornn and Volibear's sections of the game. The goal was to introduce new areas visually distinctive and iconic, which has been particularly hard for Volibear since at first someone might think there are so much iterations you can apply on "icy landscape". But thanks to the effort of the art team and the lighting artist, I think we managed to make this area look specific and "new".
Much of the concept "burden" especially on Ornn's Forge has been carried by Mercedes Rodrigo and lead artist Rafael Jimenez, who is also the father of Ornn's final design. While Volibear's design was realized by our always cool AD, Ramon Acedo.
